Emergency Maintenance Needs

As much as emergencies are inconvenient, they do happen on occasion. To submit an emergency maintenance request, please click below to call us immediately.

Important Disclaimers

As we work to quickly fulfilled all maintenance requests, we ask that you keep the following in mind:
  • You will be held responsible for damage caused by you or your guests including clogged drains or toilets.
  • When you submit a maintenance request, a Home Basics Real Estate (HBRE) representative will contact you to coordinate the details with you.
  • If you are unable to meet at the appointed time, please contact our office to cancel the appointment. If you fail to do so, a $35 trip charge may be assessed.
  • After 2 appointment schedule attempts have been made, HRBE is authorized to enter the premises to make the necessary repairs.
  • HBRE will ultimately decide if, how, and when your maintenance request will be handled. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
